RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return your purchase for exchange or refund please follow these steps:
- All returned merchandise must be in original condition with all included accessories, packaging, parts and components with blank warranty cards. In other words, send back everything you received in the same condition you received it.
- All returns must be accompanied by a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number. To obtain an RMA number call 800-652-3729, email customerservice@adraycamera.comor completeand submit the form below. You must request an RMA number within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Refund or exchange is based on condition of the returned merchandise. If the products are returned in original condition, you will receive a full refund or exchange minus shipping. If the merchandise is not in original condition, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow the previous steps but specify that your order was received damaged. We will arrange to have the merchandise returned at our expense and replaced or refunded.
- If your order is incorrect or incomplete, please follow the previous steps but specify that your order was received defective or incomplete. We will arrange to have the merchandise returned at our expense and replaced or refunded.
